  1. If you are looking for login information, check your inbox for your "welcome email" and follow the instructions.

  2. If you set up your own login following a survey or were prompted to change your password upon beginning your program and did not record your entry, please enter your product name or URL in the knowledge base search feature to find instructions.
  3. If you received a paper packet but would like to record your responses online, the URL and login ID are located at the bottom of the Answer Sheet that came with your packet of materials.
  4. If you did not receive a welcome email, please contact your training administrator or send us a request above.
